Responsibility:
- Organize APAC powertrain staff meeting includiong agenda, presentations, and follow-up
- Prepare and Maintain key presentations and reports
- Develop and maintain APAC Powertrain data storage portal
- Maintain future planning schedule for PC, GPC, GEC and small circle meeting topics
- Prepare reference and backup materials for PC and other key meetings
- Maintain overall schedule view of key APAC powertrain launches and milestones
- Manage schedule for powertrain Program, Management and Industrial Head Reviews
- Provide various business and technical analyses as assigned
- Technical support including searching, gathering and maintaining information and materials
- Quickly identify problems and suggest areas for improvement along with possible solutions
- Handle and filter issues on behalf of the General Manager
- Proactive advising on cultural, and protocol issues and strategy
- Perform Chinese translation in meetings and accompany on key business trips as asisistant
- Handle confidential data and matters in a discreet and professional manner
- Participate in and support special projects, team events

Qualification:
- Min. 3 years related working experiences in foreign or multinational company.
- Bachelor or above degree with technical background in Powertrain, MBA is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Chinese
- Proficiency with MS Office tools Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook 
- Proactive, high Energy, high visibility, individual initiative, leadership attitude
- Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
- Can work under pressure and willing to grow
- Willing and competent traveler and logistics
