Financial Analysis for Business Decisions

·          Proactively provide ongoing, timely, accurate financial analysis for key business drivers: product price, product cost, MI% and overheads management

·          Maintain active folio of opportunities and risks to ensure the delivery of company EBIT

·          Prepare profitability analysis for marketing and sales proposals and inventory clearance initiatives

·          Filter proposals that are not consistent with business objectives and ensure proposals have been vetted with appropriate functions (operations, marketing and sales)

·          Ensure accuracy and reliability of evaluation models and techniques

Financial Planning

·          Drive planning process with full planning calendar, proactive communication with local management team

·          Coordinate and participate in strategic planning discussions

·          Create and maintain data collection templates, disseminate, collect, summarize and assess for Accenture team

·          Ensure business model integrity and accuracy maintained

·          Analyze all business variance drivers, initiate corrections with responsible functions

·          Prepare and review presentation decks and detailed financial reports

Reporting

·          Ensure on time submission of planning and actual reporting

·          Prepare analysis for regional requirement and internal monthly meetings

·          Ensure accurate and timely reporting of monthly actual results

·          Prepare qualitative explanation of business results compared with last forecast, budget and prior year

·          Provide management with business full year re-forecast based on conclusions from current/recent closings.

Continuous improvement on Business process

·          Promote a culture of continuous improvement by constantly challenging financial and business processes

·          Recommend and implement change to contribute to the effective and efficient operation of the business within area of responsibility

Internal Control

·          Ensure compliance with Triumph policies and procedures to guarantee the reliability of financial reporting within area of responsibility

Leadership

·        Develop and grow team via training, coaching, assessing strengths and weaknesses, assigning projects

·        Ensure technical skills continuity within the financial planning and reporting team

·        Build up effective working relationship with local demand planning, sales, marketing, plants … etc.

Requirement:

Education

·        University degree (preferably in Financial, Economic or other related fields)

Experience

·        At least 8 years equivalent role in MNC

·        Prior FMCG / retail experience preferred

Technique & Skill

·        Knowledge of local GAAP, good analytical skills

·        Good language skis in both English and Chinese

·        Strong computer skills in MS Office

Character & Attitude

·        Able to work independently and team effectively

·        Strong interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure

·        Be positive under great pressure

·        Good Analytical skills with business sense
