职位描述：
1、负责设计和开发高可扩展性/高度可用的Web服务移动应用平台，能够支持数百万用户；
2、技术支持上线游戏，能解决操作系统，应用程序和数据库等各方面问题；
3、优化和调整Web服务的性能，实现高层次的并发性和低的响应时间。

岗位要求：
1、本科以上计算机相关专业；
2、2年以上java开发经验，熟悉java 虚拟机内部机制；
3、2年以上服务器端开发经验；
4、2年以上MySQL数据库开发经验；
5、精通MySQL的索引和存储过程；
6、精通数据结构和数据模型；
7、具备Linux/Unix 服务器的管理经验，最好掌握shell 脚步语言；
8、大型的高性能分布式系统的经验；
9、SOAP 或者REST（基于Web服务的标准库 比如 Spring-WS, Axis2…）的开发经验；
10、具备开源数据存储技术比如 Hadoop, MongoDB, Cassandra等的优先考虑；
11、了解其他服务器端编程语言的比如ruby，php，node.js 等优先考虑；
12、具备大型分布式系统的分析，调试，和优化能力；
13、在实际项目应用中有过组件设计的经验和知识；
14、具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够清楚的描述软件架构等；
15、良好的学习能力，技术灵活。

Description:
* Responsible for designing and developing Highly Scalable / Highly Available Web Service platform for mobile applications, which is capable of supporting millions of users.
* Production support and troubleshooting at all levels of software stack including OS, Application, and Database level issues.
* Optimizing and Tuning web services performance to achieve high levels of concurrency and low response times.

Requirements :
* Bachelor degree or above in computer science.
* 2+ years of Java programming work experience, with a strong understanding of the inner workings of JVM.
* 2+ years work experience building server side applications.
* 2+ years of working with MySQL databases.
* Strong understanding of MySQL indexing and stored procedures.
* Strong understanding of data structures and data modeling.
* Linux / Unix Administration experience required and the ability to write shell scripts is a plus.
* Hands on experience with large-scale low latency distributed systems.
* Hands on experience developing SOAP or REST based web services with standard libraries such as Spring-WS, Axis2 or similar.
* Experience with open source data storage technologies such as Hadoop, MongoDB, Cassandra is a plus.
* Knowledge in other server side programming languages is a plus (ruby, php, node.js) is a plus.
* Problem solver capable of debugging / tuning / profiling large distributed systems.
* Must have knowledge of best practices for designing components in a production environment.
* Must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate Software Architecture and work well in teams.
* Must be a quick learner and flexible with technology.
