Description:
· Credit Card system support and coordination
· Project management on any technical enhancements from user requirements discussion to BRD/FS/Development/UAT and final delivery (Production/monitoring)
· Parm maintenance to map with business needs/new initiative
· Proactively initiate programs to maintain and improve operational systems and processes that support better campaign execution and enhance overall effectiveness and efficiency
· Lead and handle region wise system enhancement initiative: Rainbow project
· Work with Decision Management & within the team to devise & implement MIS reports required to support card operation
· Develop and use collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of business goals
· Work closely with counterparts in the Retail Bank to leverage learning and drive bank-wide improvements and efficiencies
Qualification:
· Holder of Bachelor’s degree or above
· At least 5 years experience in related fields
· Strong system background
· Demonstrated understanding of project management principles
· Excellent analytical skills
· Attention to details
· Excellent communication skills
· Proactive in anticipating and pre-empting problems
· Team player, highly motivated
· Executive level written & verbal communication skills
· Self-disciplined , dedicated
· Ability to work in a pressured environment and in meeting deadlines
