Responsibility
- In charge of nutrition business in(but not limited)south of China.
- Develop strategy based on understanding of the customer profiles to drive profitable growth and achieve sales target
- Increase customer awareness and drive excellence in customer relationships
- Understand business challenges and priorities, and analyze information and prioritize opportunities critical to an account. Establish and maintain strategic partnership with high value customers.
- Ensure all the issues and requests of the customers are responded and solved in a timely manner.
- Work with cross functional team to develop new products/applications.
- Communicate with cross functional team on the marketing trends and forecast of relevant industries in responsible area.
- Distributors Management
- Nutritional technical support for whole team
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree majored in C22human nutrition is preferred
- 1-2 years sales working experience in human nutrition industry
- Distributor management experience preferred
- Have the basic understanding about Human Nutrition industry and certification business
- Strong desire in developing sales career and aggressive
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good Negotiation/problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ready for traveling, able to work under pressure
- Ability to organize work according to defined priorities
- Good computer skill (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Good English, both speaking and writing
