2、 1-2年外贸客户维护工作经验

职位描述：

1、 独立、准确完成日常询价订单；及时有效的回复客户

2、 档案归整，条理清楚，能做到客户信息保护

3、 对供样进行跟踪，获取客户检测信息;及时追踪客户询价反馈，并提出后续解决方案

4、 协助处理客户抱怨；搜集相关信息并提出建议

5、 监控客户货物按期发货、对OTD不良进行分析

6、 跟踪客户货款，对账和催收货款，并反馈客户

7、 完成上级领导交给的任务

8、 翻译业务文件，充当临时翻译

9、 协助主管准备客户拜访、验厂等销售工作
