学业经历：大学本科及本科以上学历，市场营销、广告、传播、企业管理等与之相关的专业，具备中英文说、写能力。

工作经验：三年以上相关从业经验，能够独立组织制定市场推广策略、公关宣传活动方案并组织实施。
专业知识：具有市场营销、广告学、传播学、管理学等与之相关的专业知识。

工作内容：

1.根据公司年度销售战略、品牌策略等因素，策划合适的广告公关宣传策略，并上报主管领导审批；
2.组织编制市场推广活动的预算；组织市场推广活动的实施，定期对市场推广活动和产品销售情况进行分析和评估，并将各类信息及时反映给公司领导和有关部门；
3.利用现代化信息管理手段，及时收集、整理各方面市场信息，定期组织市场信息汇编工作，为领导提供决策依据。

4.参与公司对客户谈判及合同、协议的签订；

5.确保市场业务中心各项业务指标的完成；
6.熟悉广告客户洽谈、沟通、签约、执行、收款等相关工作基本流程及策略、创意、制作、发布等环节；
7.具备娴熟的沟通技巧、谈判能力和出色的执行能力；
8.工作认真负责，耐心细致有进取精神，通力合作具有团队精神；

其他条件：身体健康、认真踏实、勤奋礼貌、有媒体资源者优先。
