Project Manager Evening Shift

CLS Communication is a provider of multilingual communication services including translation and copywriting. With 19 offices in 10 countries, CLS employs 600 language specialists - translators, terminologists and language technology experts, who work with a network of over 3,000 external translators, copywriters and DTP experts.

We are expanding our Asia Pacific operations and looking for a Project Manager in our Shanghai office to manage translation and other linguistic projects throughout the Asia region.

You are required to take evening shift (2pm - 11pm) as well as some days on Saturday and Sunday (12 noon to 8pm).

Responsibilities:

Receiving, placing and prioritizing translation orders
Serving as a single point of contact for clients
Work closely with our Sales and Operations units
Ensuring high quality, fast delivery times, and good service

Requirements:

University Degree
3 years or more relevant experience
Excellent language skills in English and Mandarin
Demonstrated experience in a client-facing role
Able to multi-task
Well organized and highly responsible
Team player
Proficient in Japanese or other Asian languages is preferable but not essential
