EDUCATION
1.Mechanical school
WORKING EXPERIENCE
2.Good mechanical hands on capability and at least 3 years' working experience on vehicle assembly and disassembly required;
OEM working experience preferred
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
3.Good understanding on vehicle structure and principle
4.Good analysis and problem solving capability;
5.Familiar with common computer operations
6.Driver license required and more than 3 years preferred
7.Good communication skills, Independent and team player
CHARACTER
8.Hard working and diligent.
9.Displays positive attitude, and is accurate and expeditious in handling and following up with job duties.
10.Enthusiastic, self driven and motivated.


OTHER SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1.Must be able to maintain confidentiality in all areas.
2.Be willing to travel for periods of 1 - 2 months at a time in China or other part of world for testing/ prototype jobs
