Responsibilities
The purpose of the Program Manager's role is to ensure that Qoros Launch events are successfully executed against all key deliverables based around Timing, Quality, Cost, Delivery, People and Safety. You will be one of key Launch Team members for Qoros Marketing & Sales. You will be responsible for Integrated Launch meetings with internal M&S, Finance, IT, Legal, Manufactoring and etc. You will establish a smart process to mornitor/report launch activities and ensure to-do-list/recovery plan against risky activities to be followed up effectively and timely. You will also be expected to report out and interact with Senior Management. As a Leader you will be expected to demonstrate positive Leadership Behaviours at all times. You will coach and mentor your staff. You will promote a problem solving and continual improvement mindset.
Qualifications
- Rich program managment knowleage, skills, experiences in automotive field, better in an OEM
- Familiar with program management tools/processes
- Fluent in English
- Above 8 years working experience
