职位描述
岗位职责：
1、优化设备部设备确认管理体系
2、负责组织设备部门的质量偏差和CAPA追踪
3、负责检查、审核新设备项目和设备改造类项目的确认质量（DQ,IQ,OQ和PQ）并提出整改建议和措施
4、负责设备质量相关数据的统计分析和改进建议
5、协助主管设定部门、区域、班组、个人的绩效目标、动态监控、考核、改善跟踪
6、组织人员每月对维护现场和设备确认的质量记录文件的GMP合规性进行检查，及时发现问题并跟踪整改完成情况
7、组织本部门完成并通过年度的各类设备设施的GMP审核
8、制定工厂的年度维修预算、部门预算、项目类预算
9、完善NPI项目、提升与改造类项目、更换类等流程
10、备品备件及固定资产管理
岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，化工制药、设备、机械相关专业
2、8年以上制药设备相关领域工作经验，有相同行业背景工作经验优先
3、5年以上团队管理经验
4、掌握化工或制药生产知识，熟悉GMP、项目管理等相关知识
5、具有较好的沟通与组织协调能力
6、熟练使用Office办公软件（如word、excel、ppt 等）
