Responsibilities

? Responsible for Door clousure SQ team managemen for commodities including all latches, window regulator, sunroof, mirrors, door handle, A pillars, sealing etc
? Define training plan for door closure SQ team and provide on job training for SQ development
? Work with cross functional team for regular door closure commodity status and develop action plan for issues
? Drive continuous quality improvement across the supplier base responsible for.
? Escalate the critical issues to management for support.

Qualifications

? Bachelor Degree with an engineering or manufacturing discipline preferable.
? Minimum 2 years leadership experience in SQE area
? Good supplier quality background, proved professional skill on supplier quality assurance.
? Good experience with project management/review and supplier audit.
? Good interpersonal and communication skill to interact with suppliers and cross functional team.
? Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
? Good verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
