Responsibilities
-. PE/Pur SE activities related to Exterior.
-. Develop process parameter/layout spec.
-. Process document developing(PFEMA etc)
-. Trim line process setting.
-. Ext parts feasibility evaluation for new models.
-. Fit&Finish activity for new models.
-. Broadcast setting for new models.


Qualifications
-. 3~4 years experience of new car launch. Two models or synchronized engineering model launch experience is preferred.
-. Know how to develop craftsmanship (fit&finish) process for Ext parts.
-. Know how to do feasibility evaluation by digital build and actual build.
-. Know how to develop process document for Ext parts.
-. Know how to set broadcast for new models
-. Able to solve problems in structured ways.
-. Flexible with the dynamic start-up environment and international team setup.
-. Able to perform under pressure and committed to deliver and exceed expectations
-. Strong with issue identification/prioritization, resource deployment, execution management and results measurement.
-. Good knowledge with quality assurance system, quality management, program management, supplier management.
-. Can design some simple jigs or tables for special purpos
