Responsibilities
-. Develop/progress maintenance plan of general assembly shop.
-. Coordinate all relevant equipment/automation/Andon management with IT.
-. Safety leader. Ensure all equipments meet safety requirements.
-. Environment protection leader.
-. Ensure coordination with other shops.
-. Responsible for "control" buy off for all equipment packages.
-. Develop safety plans for all equipments.
-. Develop and coordinate controls related to training between supplier and CQAC.

Qualifications
-. 3 years experience of controls/maintenance engineer in assembly line. 2 years control/maintenance experience in other OEMs is preferred.
-. Be familiar with the procedure of facility installation/commissioning/trail and final sign-off.
-. Be familiar with the typical structure, control method and automation system of assembly line.
-. Can read mechanical and electrical drawings individually.
-. Know the principle of lean manufacturing.
-. Know spare parts management/control procedure.
-. Know basic regulation/laws of construction.
-. Know the principle of engineering safety risk analysis.
-. Know basic regulation /laws of environment protection.
-. Self initiated, fact based and result driven.
-. Great inspirer and coacher to the technician team.
-. Able to solve problems in structured ways. Excellent capacity to complete practical work.
-. Flexible with the dynamic start-up environment and international team setup.
-. Able to perform under pressure and committed to deliver and exceed expectations
-. Strong with issue identification/prioritization, resource deployment, execution management and results measurement.
