ME – Paint Shop

Title: Facilities/Cost Estimating Engineer

Responsibilities:
1. 熟悉喷涂车间的布局和流程规划
2. 精通国家技术规范和质量验收
3. 熟悉和掌握的过程模具，规格，型号，性能参数和资格标准的质量
4. 书写转向装置项目的规划和实施的招投标文件
5. 整理，收集，更新关键信息，如技术文件/各类设备图纸及相关费用/以支持制造系统规划/技术信息准确性评估
6. 根据现场要求，对设备进行不断改进和工装
7. 分析数据，制作采购成本估算


Requirements:
1. 材料科学，化学工程，高分子材料工程或相关工程领域学士或硕士
2. 需要了解油漆车间使用的基本的汽车化工原料
3. 优秀的英文听说读写能力
4. 国际材料应用及相关测试的技术性理解
5. 擅长数据分析
6. 拥有对涂装车间材料的深度知识，尤其是电镀过程的知识
7. 自我激励，积极工作态度
8. 拥有逻辑思维和较强的学习能力和独立解决问题的能力
9. 优秀的团队精神和沟通技巧
Responsibilities:
1, Familar with paint shop layout and process planning
2, Proficient in the national technical specifications and acceptance of quality
3, Familiar with and master process toolings, specifications, models, performance parameters and the quality of the eligibility criteria
4, Writing the specification and biding docouments to steering device project planning and implementation
5, Consolidation, collection, update key information, such as technical documents/drawings of various types of equipment and related costs/progress to support the manufacture systems planning, assessment with accurate technical information.
6,According to site requirements, make continuous improvement on equipments, tooling....
7, Analysis data and make cost estmating on purchasing, short term maintenance and long term maintenance.
8, Finish the job from immediate supervisor

Requirements:
1. B.S. or M.S. in Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Polymers Engineering or related engineering fields
2. Requires basic understanding of automotive chemical materials application in paint shop.
3. Excellent English / Mandarin Chinese communication skills, verbal and written required
4. Technical understanding of international material application and related test
5. Good at data analysis for short team and long term
6. In-depth knowledge in paint shop materials and plating processes preferred.
7. Self-motivated, positive attitude. Systematic thinking and strong ability to learn and solve problems independently.
8. Excellent teamwork and communication skills
