Logistics Cost Evaluation
Job Scope
Check the logistics expenses with vendors for legal entities of China based on contracts and operation data
Make monthly accrual/Purchase Record/Invoice Scanning/Prove of Delivery collection and quarterly financial reconcile
Standardize and optimize the cost control process of China legal entities.
Reduce the headcount of the total China billing.
Do monthly financial report for legal entities and Sub-Business Units.
Identify savings by scientific data analysis and "gate keeper" for project savings.
Contact with Forwarders to communicate the cost detail for each shipment.
Make payment applications, coordinate between I/E cost control and Financial Dept.
Maintain the data in ERP system.
Skill and Experience Required
Bachelor degree major in Logistics/Finance or related
5 years of work experiences relatecd.
Good knowledge of logistics and Finance.
Good oral and written English
Can work well under pressure and have the problem-shooting and resolving capability.
