Resposibilities:

? Responsible for project management/review for electrical part as Body Wire Harness, Engine Wire Harness, Fuse Relay box, E-Box, to meet with vehicle launch plan.
? Conduct potential supplier audit and process control plan audit on site of supplier plant.
? Ensure the supplier understand Qoros supplier quality assurance requirements and comply with them.
? Coordinate with cross functional team, monitor and support supplier's implementation of Advanced Product Quality Planning process.
? Monitor supplier realization of improvement plans resulting from the assessments/reviews through follow-up measures.
? Monitor Quality and Delivery performance of suppliers to identify elevated risks and drive correction before problems impact Qoros facilities.
? Drive continuous quality improvement across the supplier base.
? Escalate the critical issues to management for support.



Qualifications:
? Bachelor Degree with an engineering or manufacturing discipline preferable.
? More than 5 years of relevant vehicle or Electrical Distribution Commodity manufacturing and quality experience, especially for Wire Harness product.
? Strong supplier quality background, proved professional skill on supplier quality assurance.
? Familiar with quality assurance tools, e.g. error proofing, Six Sigma and metrology.
? Solid experience with project management/review and supplier audit.
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skill to interact with suppliers.
? Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, able to construct and execute multiple complex analyses simultaneously.
? Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
