Responsibilities:

? Supporting the Module Teams to manage and achieve appropriate and balanced Module level targets - cost, quality and functionality.

? Driving suggested ideas to and through the Engineering Change process. Collation of detail required to support the decision making process.

? Managing feature list additions to and through the Engineering Change process.

? Assisting Module Teams to support delivery to the Master Timing Schedule. Providing a communication path between Module Teams and Program Team.

? Managing module level deliverables within the 'Product Development Process' - ensure deliverables are successfully achieved to support the gateway. Development of new deliverables.

? Supporting the Program Manager to manage the 'Product Concept Book', collating product assumptions, cost & weight, feature assumptions etc.

? Taking and issuing minutes from various Program meetings - Program Meeting, Module Team Meetings, SE Team meetings, etc - internally and externally with External Partners.

? Creating template documents and supporting documentation in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

? Arranging meetings and booking rooms.

Requirements:

? Competent technical knowledge

? "Can-do" attitude

? Strong planning skills

? Team player

? Excellent communication skills - ability to communicate at all levels.

? Ability to navigate complex issues.

Education Required:

? Technical Degree/Certificate

? +5yrs Experience working within an established OEM

? Chinese is an advantage although not essential
