Resposibility:
1, Working with purchasing, engineering, manufacturing engineering and program for supplier sourcing and project development
2, Working with existing suppliers to ensure suppliers provide thorough information to support development of new projects, ensure adequate manufacturing controls to drive the quality and reliability of components and modules, to include PFMEAs, risk limitation and contingency planning, process control plans and process capability studies through the spec books and quality tech review, improvement plans, corrective actions development
3, Ensure supplier deep understanding supplier quality systems or expectations and ensure supplier compliance with it
4, Conduct potential supplier assessment and risk assessment
5, APQP gate review with supplier on different phase after project kick off
6, Follow up corrective actions related to audit findings, nonconforming product and performance to ensure effective resolution and timely closure
7, Manage ongoing supplier quality performance and work with suppliers to achieve targets and reduce warranty, quality problem solving
8, Promote culture of continuous improvement, during early review and sourcing of the supplier, facilitate and monitor all development efforts at the supplier
9, Support other team if needed

Requirement:
-Education: Bachelor degree with major in mechanic
-5+ years experience in supplier quality&quality manufacturing / product development environment experience in automotive aftermarket industry will be a plus with good knowledge in ISO TS16949 system, 8D, PFMEA Process audit etc.
