工作职责

-- 完成销售工程师要求的产品报价单、制作定单；

Complete product quotation and production order as required by sales engineer;

-- 跟进销售订单的备货与发货，核对发票/应收款等售后工作；

Follow up the preparation and delivery of sales orders, check invoices/receivables and other after-sales work;

-- 负责各类销售指标的月度、季度、年度统计报表并按时提交销售总监；Responsible for the monthly, quarterly and annual statistical reports of various sales targets and submit them to the Sales director on time.

-- 接听记录客户的咨询电话、公司文档处理；

Answering and recording clients' consultation calls; Responsible for company document processing;

-- 协助上司做好办事处日常事务的处理；

Assist the boss to handle the daily affairs of the office;

-- 协助处理其它商务工作。

Assist in other business affairs.

要求

-- 大专以上学历，工作经验1年以上，制造业背景优先；

-- 较强的独立工作能力、领悟能力、沟通协调能力及语言表达能力；

-- 有耐心，责任心强、有良好的团队合作精神和敬业精神、具备良好的职业道德；
