Job Description 岗位描述

1. Support quality department for customer return parts analysis test
支持质量部进行客户退回不良品的失效分析及测试

2. Support operation department for production line failure parts analysis test
支持生产部进行产线不良品的失效分析及测试

3. Using test equipment or setup test circuit to perform the analysis test, and finish test report
使用测试设备或搭建测试回路完成分析测试，并编写相应的测试报告

4. If necessary on site test support at customer

如有需要，协助客户进行驻场测试

5. Coordinate external test supplier for Customer/QE/Ops request test
协调外部测试供应商，完成客户、质量、生产部要求的委外实验

6. Coordinate lab test technician, finish monthly product audit test and yearly requalification test
协调技术员完成量产阶段产品的月度审核、年度验证实验

7. Review test reports
审核技术员编写的实验报告

8. Create and manage the validation test documentation according to customer & Hella requirements

根据客户与海拉内部要求，创建和管理相应的测试文档

9. Other job assigned by Department Manager

部门经理安排的其他工作

Necessary requirements 任职资格

1. University degree in Electronics Engineering

电子相关专业本科学历及以上

2. 5+ years working experience with electronic test, at least 3 years’ experience in automobile area
5年电子测试相关工作经验，至少3年汽车领域工作经验

3. Knowledge of FMEA, failure analysis in complex electronics products

了解复杂电子产品的FMEA,失效分析

4. Familiar with communication protocols and busses of the Automotive world ( CAN, LIN, flexray, MOST, ...) and related tools

熟悉汽车行业通讯总线协议（CAN,LIN,FlexRay,MOST,…）及相关测试工具

5. Familiar with electronics production process
熟悉电子产品制程工艺

6. Good communication and coordination skill
具有良好的沟通协调技巧

7. Fluent English, both oral and written

英语读写熟练
