Reports to: System Manager

Responsibilities:

? Define Configuration Management plans for all development domains for the entire development life cycle
? Create design baselines which serve as input for the entire product development
? Create release baselines which serve as traceability for the product life cycle
? Perform reviews which ensures that the desired release has the desired planned maturity
? Continuous close communication with the project team
? Perform reviews of the various domain level specifications for design and release purposes to ensure the release has the desired maturity level
? Report the Configuration, Change, and Error Management status to management to allow transparency for the product development life cycle

Qualifications:

? Bachelor degree or above in electrical / electronic engineering, automation, or other engineering related field
? At least 3 years relevant experience in electronics development (preferably automotive)
? Familiar with Source Code Control / Change Management tools such as MKS
? Familiar with Requirements Management tools such as DOORS
? Familiar with Microsoft Project
? Good skills in English
? Good communication and coordination skills
? Self-motivated
? System, Electrical, or Software Engineering experience is preferred
? Knowledge of the V-Model is preferred
