Logistic customer service

物流客户服务

Job responsibility:

- Manage & reconcile inventory level & quality at customers' site

管理客户寄售仓库的库存水平，和解质量问题

- Interface with customers and work closely with internal teams eg. Warehouse, Logistic & Sales to ensure overall delivered goods are properly tracked, and invoiced within reasonable timeframe

协调客户和海拉公司内部，仓库，物流部和销售以保证所发运的货物能被适当追踪并在合理的时间范围里开票

- Responsible for the necessary documents for invoicing purpose, eg. Returned Delivery Note, Settlement Letters, Customer's GRN, etc. Ensure full compliance of proper documentation

负责相关予以开票的文档

- Lead & coordinate inventory count at customers' site, if any, to ensure inventory accuracy

主导和协调客户寄售仓库的盘点，确保库存的准确率

- Other duties as assigned

Your skills and experience:

- University

- Efficient computer skill, sound presentation skill，SAP－skill，customer relations
