Job Description岗位描述
1. Review and confirm all the drawings of civil work, mechanical and electrical system according to the design, GB and local standards.
根据设计、国标和地方标准，检查所有土建、机械和电气系统的图纸。
2. Responsible for supervising the construction progress of civil construction, mechanical and electrical installation of contractor according to design, GB and local standards.
根据设计、国标和地方标准，督促合同厂商的土建、机电安装进度。
3. Check and confirm material sources and quality control or certificate documentations.
检查所有材料的来源、质量合格证或者检测报告。
4. Attend project progress meeting regularly, follow up for open issues and report major issues in time.
定期参加项目进度会议，跟踪没有解决的事项，并且及时汇报重大事件。
5. Supervise the contractor according to the safety regulations during construction. If any violation happens, oral warning, written warning notice and notice for correction activity will be given accordingly.
在工程施工期间，根据安全法规监督承包商。如果发生任何违规行为，根据事件的性质相应的给予口头警告、书面警告或者整改通知单。
6. Follow up for project modifications etc.
跟踪落实项目的变更等。
7. Control and supervise project progress and major milestones and keep record.
控制和监督工程的进度和关键节点，并做好记录。
8. Cooperate with Supervision Company and ask for regular report.
配合监理公司的工作，并要求监理定期汇报。
9. Responsible for project management, coordinate activities with internal and external, sub-contractors and consultants, including coordination of the parties responsible for programming, construction, furniture, space utilization, occupancy and floor level allocation, etc. Manage the variation orders, punch lists, inspections, defects rectification and handover. Coordinate with and support contractor accordingly.
负责工程的管理工作，做好内部与外部、分包和监理公司的协调工作，包括规划部门、施工单位、家具厂商、空间管理及楼层分配等各方的协调。负责管理工程变更的订单、问题清单、检查记录、缺陷整改单和交接纪录。承包商的协调和相应的支持。
10. Responsible for acceptance of construction completion and reception of drawings, documentations, certificates etc.
负责工程的竣工验收工作，竣工图纸、文档和相关证书的接收。
11. Get involved in the projects related to the facility change and or replacement, responsible for ensuring minimum unscheduled downtime of production due to equipment failure. Provide operation training to factory workers.
参与厂务设施的变更或更换工程，尽可能减小由于设备故障导致的生产停产时间。负责技术员的培训。
12. Other job assigned by Department Manager.

Necessary Requirements 任职资格

1. Technical background in mechanical, electrical automation or related fields.
机电技术背景。
2. 20+ years’ experience in large project management or project supervision. Familiar with inspection of civil construction and mechanical /electrical system installation.
拥有至少20年项目管理或监理的经验，熟悉土建和机电安装的检查。
3. With experience in equipment maintenance and management.
有设备维护管理的经验。
4. Good interpersonal skills at all levels and can stick him own opinion.
良好的人际关系，并且能够坚持自己的观点。
5. Carry out strict construction standards, government, local or industry requirements. Stop any violation during construction in time.
严格执行国家、地方或行业标准，及时阻止任何违规行为。
6. Familiar with equipment installation standards.
熟悉设备安装标准。
7. The technical certificates holder is preferred.
有技术证书者优先。
