职位职能: 单证员
职位描述:
工作内容：
1、负责进出口相关单证的制作、管理及信用证审核； 　　
2、收集和整理各种单证，完成送货单、订单、提单核对等对单据的各项处理，并进行基础数据录入和归档； 　　
3、跟踪每票货物的送货情况，统计核对相关数据； 　
4、及时准确与货代公司联系装箱，送仓工作； 　　
5、在整个过程中，完成与采购、销售、货代各方面的协调工作； 　　
6、负责对各客户订单资料的整理、存档以及客户资料档案建立的工作；


任职要求：
1、为人诚实正直，勤奋好学，再学习能力强；
2、有外贸单证经验，熟悉进出口业务流程和进出口单证的制作和办理者优先；
3、 熟练操作电脑办公软件；英证6级以上优先；
4、能服从领导安排；
5、有无经验者皆可；
6、女性优先；
