Position: Commercial Supervisor - PolyCine Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd

The newly founded company is invested by PolyCine○R GmbH who is one of the leading manufacturer of PP-based Medical packaging products with customers in more than 20 different countries. PolyCine Shanghai owns exclusive rights for the import and distribution of PP-based non-PVC flexible packaging products.
All the products (such as films or tubes) are specially designed for parenteral drugs and are non-toxic and biologically inert.
Due to the stable growth and the extension of further business areas on the Chinese market, the company needs additional staff to support back office processes, the sales force and installing an own warehouse.

Responsibilities:

§ Customer service: contract preparation, A/R collection, arrange and follow up the delivery; provide customers documents or relative reports that customer needed; Establish close cooperation with Sales, Assist and support Sales work; Customer management in documentation; Registration documents support
§ Sales force support (organisation and coordination of travel teams, support order processing, ...)
§ Back office management (contact window at Shanghai office, coordination of meetings, office maintainance, ...)
§ Coordination of Import and warehouse management
§ Sample management (deliver and exchange samples to customers)

Needed skills:

§ Background : medical and pharma product industry
§ Fluent in English
§ Administration and Organisation
§ Project Management
§ Experienced in Import and Customs Issues
§ Warehouse management experience
§ Experience with handling of batch documented products (medical or food products) is desirable
§ Can be adapted to trip.

玻尼贸易（上海）有限公司由德国玻利西尼公司，世界上最大的生产聚丙烯基质医用塑料包装产品供应商之一，投资的全资子公司，客户遍布全世界20多个国家。玻尼上海现有国内独家进口和分销聚丙烯基质，非PVC软包装产品。
玻尼上海针对各类输液药品提供无毒性的、不含增塑剂的产品（例如包装膜材、软口管等）。

岗位职责：
客户服务：负责合同管理、应收账款、安排发货并跟踪交货情况；为客户准备其他文件及报告；与销售及销售助理建立紧密的合作关系；维护客户档案；协助专业人员完成产品注册
销售支持（销售团队出差安排及协调，销售订单跟踪支持等）
后台管理（上海办公室联络人，会议协调，办公室维护管理等）
进口协调和仓库管理
样品管理（为客户提供和退换样品）

岗位要求：
背景：具有医药行业背景
英语熟练
具有行政经验和组织能力
项目管理能力
具有产品进口和清关等工作经验
具有仓库管理经验
具有管理大量产品（尤其是药品或食品）经验者优先
能适应经常出差
