职位描述
Responsibilities:
This position will manage all business development aspects of our service contract sales in China, with a primary focus on sales revenue and lead generation. The role will be responsible for presenting and selling service contracts; prospecting, qualifying and closing new business; delivering service revenues objectives (across Service, which offers spot, trade and retrofit).
Activities would include, but not be limited to:
1.Captures assigned service sales opportunities to achieve and exceed contract capture, revenue and annual pricing increases targets in assigned customer accounts, while adhering to our sales rule of engagement and code of conduct.
2.Implements proactive call schedule to increase sales growth.
3.Generates proposals, prepares service contract quotations, and demonstrates services value to assigned customers.
4.Prioritizes selling time to build and maintain a balanced funnel of prospects to generate sales, achieves account penetration and drives capture rate.
5.Develops and maintains consultative sales relationships with all key-buying influences in each account. Utilizes equipment inventory information, CRM and service reports, new leads and cold-calling efforts.
7.Ensures seamless teamwork with the Service and the Technical to maximize all sales potential.
8.Ability to travel up to 10 days each month visiting customers face-to-face in a sales capacity or for customer visits and business meetings.
9.Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and technology.;Be aware of, and strictly comply with, all corporate policies and compliance regulation.
Requirements:
1.Education and Experience:Degree holder
-At least 10 years related working experience with solid connection with the shipping companies
2.Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesDemonstrate successful track record of achieving US$1 million+ annual quotas.
-Understand of the latest maritime regulations and compliance.
-Work well under pressure
-Ability to manage a pipeline with multiple accounts within the assigned territory
-Demonstrate industry knowledge.
-Ability to build and establish rapport with all levels and functions
-Excellent communications skills (verbal and written)
-Ability to work in a team environment
-Detail oriented
-Willing to travel
-Good command of both written and spoken English;Knowledge of MS office suite
