职位描述
工作内容：
全面负责公司日常生产、管理、运营等工作
建立、完善部门的规章制度
执行生产计划，监控生产进度，合理调度各项生产任务
规范，改善生产流程和员工工作标准，提高产品质量，降低生产成本
职位要求：
3年以上快消品或化妆品生产制造企业管理经验，有同行业生产管理经验者优先；
熟悉工厂的生产运作和管理，拥有丰富的生产管理、成本控制、质量管理、物流管理方面的经验；
了解ISO质量管理体系和5S现场管理，具备全面的精益生产理念和丰富的精益生产实践经验；
具备良好的计划能力、指导能力、协调能力、决策能力，较强的综合协调能力和组织管理能力。
负责工厂的日常管理工作及员工的管理、指导、培训及评估；
负责工厂的组织管理、人员配置、设备配置及生产计划安排；
督促各部门进行生产、质控、储运等工作，并激励其工作绩效。
工作时间：周一至周六8.00-18.00
