职位描述：

1. Greet and welcome arriving and departing guests of the hotel.

欢迎抵达和离开酒店的客人

2. Assist guests with their baggage upon their arrival and during departure.

为客人提供行李服务

3. Load and unload baggage to/from baggage cart.

将行李妥善的装上或者卸下行李车

4. Collect group baggage according to specified time.

在特定的时候为团队提供行李服务

5. Deliver group baggage according to the assigned rooms.

将团队行李分派到指定的房间

6. Show arriving guest to the Front desk to register and escort guest to assigned room.

指引入住的客人到前台登记并且指引客人到达房间

7. Be in charge of the baggage room and keep proper records of in and out baggage.

保持行李房的整洁，并且做好进出行李的记录

8. Provide taxis service per guest’s request.

为客人提供叫车服务

9. Assist in delivery of parcels, envelopes, newspaper and concerned matters within the Hotel.

为客人提供送报纸，包裹，信件的服务
