Keep the designated Public Area clean at all times during shift and assist guest with any questions which might arise.

Has a knowledge of location of outlets and other facilities, in order to correctly direct guests if requested.

When applicable, assists guests when working in the elevator areas.

Ensure toilet and tissue papers are properly stocked in the restrooms.

Greets all guests with an appropriate greeting and friendly smile.

Wax and polish floors by hand/machine, to sweep and wash stairs landings and hotel front or back area.

Offer all possible assistance to guests and respond to guests request.

Maintain all equipment in good working condition.

To report any damage of carpet or furniture, etc. for immediate repairs.
