Responsibilities

Based in Blu Inc Media’s Shanghai office, the Editor assists Deputy Editor-in-Chief for JET Asia Pasific magazine, an industry-leading magazine covering aviation. The Editor reports to the Deputy Editor-in-Chief and is responsible for both print and online media. Responsibilities include: Develop fresh content for JET magazine through interviews, research and coordinating with major industry players; Help Deputy Editor-in- Chief plan themes and features for each issue; Coordinate with sales, marketing and graphic design teams for editorial support; Proofread inkjet and blueprint; Information research through various channels; website management as well as other relevant works assigned while needed.

Requirements:

¨University education in Journalism or related discipline
¨3+ years of journalism experience in media is a plus
¨Aviation experience not required, but interest in Aviation and luxury sector a must
¨Strong writing and editing skills in Chinese and English, able to contribute creative articles for print and online channels
¨Organized, self-motivated, possessing attention to detail, able to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
¨Ability to effectively communicate with and work with other company employees, departments and offices
¨Hardworking and Interested in outdoor activities
¨Chinese national, or ethnic Chinese with significant China experience;
¨English proficiency


工作职责

业内知名的报道航空及私人飞机的杂志——尊翔的编辑，协助副主编开展杂志编辑工作，常驻Blu Inc Media上海办公室，向副主编汇报，并负责尊翔杂志的平面和在线媒体的制作。编辑的主要职责是协助副主编的日常工作，使尊翔杂志成为私人飞机拥有者和有意购买私人飞机者的首选刊物。尊翔团队汇集最新的私人飞机，拥有者和业界活动的市场情报和信息。编辑须与公司发行、市场、销售和设计团队紧密合作，对杂志的内容和每年八期的杂志出版流程进行把控，协助副主编制定每期的主题, 参与杂志内容的采访、写作、编辑、团队任务分配、后期校对等，并确保团队按时按质按量完成杂志制作。参与网站内容的编辑制作及流程控制。通过多种渠道与业内人士建立紧密合作，对航空行业进行相关的研究分析，保持杂志内容的原创性和专业性。

任职要求

¨本科学历，新闻或相关专业
¨3年以上新闻、编辑经验，在奢侈品或汽车类刊物有资深管理者优先
¨无需航空及私人飞机相关方面的经验，但必须对航空及奢侈品有兴趣
¨极佳的印刷品和网络写作和编辑技巧和创意
¨组织性强，能够自我激励，注重细节，能够同时处理多项事务并按时完成工作
¨热爱户外运动，能够应付国内外出差
¨较强的社交能力。能够与相关团队有效合作并在此基础上独立完成工作
¨中国公民或在中国有实际经验的华裔
¨能熟练使用英语交流和阅读
