Job Description/工作职责描述：
1.Manage IFA’s SEM Chinese campaign on Baidu, Google, Soso, Sogou and Renren (40%)
管理学院在百度、谷歌、搜搜、搜狗和人人网上的中文搜索引擎营销活动 （40%）
A) Optimize current SEM campaign
优化现有搜索引擎营销活动项目
B) Create and launch new campaigns in cooperation with the rest of the team
与其他组员合作创设并发布新的活动
C)Set monthly objective to be accomplished
设定月度目标并完成
D)Handle monthly report
负责月度报告
E) Communicate extensively on actions and results
就行动结果进行广泛交流

2.Handle SEO in Chinese (40%) 负责中文搜索引擎营销活动 （40%）
A) Work on keywords, link building, content editing, etc.
设置关键词、建立链接和内容编辑等
B) Develop new potential keywords
开发新的关键词
C)Set monthly objective to be accomplished
设置月度目标并予以完成
D)Handle monthly report
负责月度报告
E)Communicate extensively on action and results
在行动和结果上，与他人广泛交流

3.Be the main IFA liaison with Agency with regards to English and French SEM (Google) and SEO effort. (20%)
英语和法语搜索引擎营销（Google）和搜索引起优化的主要联络者（20%）
A) In charge of following the technical side of their actions.
负责跟进对方的技术活动
B）Work closely with Chinese Marketing and Communication Manager and International Communication Team on wordings

issues.

C)Prepare monthly meeting with the agency.

Job Requirement工作要求：
1.Proactive, down to earth, attention to detail and result-driven.
工作积极主动、态度认真
2.Bachelor degree and above
本科及以上学历
3.Minimum 2 years experiences SEO experience at a high level, including link building, on and off page optimization
至少两年的搜索引擎优化专业经验，熟悉链接建设及网页优化
4.SEM: experience of PPC campaign planning, implementation and analysis, keyword research, budget management. Familiar with Google Adwords and Baidu Advertising
有搜索引擎广告策划、实施及效果分析经验，擅长关键字分析及广告账户预算管理。熟练使用相关工具如谷歌关键字广告、百度推广
5.Skills: Good knowledge of Html and CSS optimization; familiar with webmaster tools and web analysis tools such as Google Analysis
技术能力：能够熟练使用html及css语言、站长工具及网站分析工具
6.Proficient English reading skills will be a plus
具良好英语阅读能力者将优先考虑
