JD :

· Manage the kitchen lab and seasoning lab for developments related to China and Korea customers

· Develop culinary recipes to screen and select most appropriate flavors: Noodles, soups, sauces, fish balls, meat,….

· Develop Snack recipes to screen and select most appropriate flavors: crackers, puffed snacks, extruded snacks, coated grains,…

· Test collection flavors and new creations in relevant culinary applications

· Develop with our Evaluation and marketing teams new culinary and snacks concepts

· Elaborate innovative prototypes to support sales team for pro-active presentations to our customer.

· Provide technical support to our customers

· Link with professional Chefs to generate new developments and demo to our customers

· Operation and preventive maintenance of the equipment in the application lab

· Ensure training of lab assistant and subsidiaries

· Sourcing food ingredient or food stuff for culinary application

· Create privileged link with foodstuff suppliers and ensure competitive report of main key ingredients in savoury

· Maintain the recipes and ingredients database

Requirement :

· Background in Food Science, skilled in Asian cooking style

· At least 5 years solid experience in the formulation of culinary and snack products within the R&D department of culinary manufacturer or flavor house

· Good knowledge of the culinary and snack market and the different players.

· Good written and oral English, fluent in Chinese

· Strong communication & organization ability

· Team spirit, Innovative, business oriented, autonomous and dynamic

· To be serious and trustful
