Reponsibilities:
- Execution and follow up of construction activity of stores
- Prepare project proposals according to the commercial negotiation result
- Coordinate with subcontracted companies and sales team/client
- Supervise and follow up the construction activity
- Adapt and control time frames and budgets for project and construction
- Technical inspection of premises and construction
- Certify legal and administrative documentation
- Technical reporting

Requirements:
- A Civil Engineer or relevant with bachelor degree
- A minimum of 2 years construction experience
- Experience in retail highly valued
- Fluent in Mandarin, able to communicate in English (written)
- understand operational issues (to understand technical drawings)
- Use relevant software such as Auto-CAD; Good command of MS Office
- Familiar to Work Management system or applications
- Availability to travel and sometimes work on night
