Job Description

The embedded software engineer will be integrated in the software team and be responsible of features development in the company's embedded equipment (MCU32, PIC and VHDL platforms). Under the supervisor's directions he will have strong interactions with software team developers and hardware team designers to write the specification of new features, develop theses features using advanced processes (Source Control, Bug Tracking) and fulfill required functionalities tests. He will follow the customer's feedback in order to maintain and provide continuous evolution on theses features.

- Commencing date: as soon as possible

Qualifications

- Bachelor or Master or Engineering Degree in Electrical Engineering
- English fluent
- Previous working experience in electronic hardware or software design

Requirements

- Strong knowledge in uC embedded software development
- Strong knowledge of C programming language
- Knowledge in VHDL development
- Knowledge in embedded electronics to understand hardware board design
- Experience in Automotive electronic components embedded software development such as MCU (32bit micro-controller) or similar C code and PIC
- Experience in the automotive communication protocols, such as CAN BUS, LIN BUS, K LINE, SPI, I2C, UART
- To be able to read and write specifications data sheets
- Able to relocate in Shanghai China for a minimum of 3 years

Beneficial skills sets:
- C++, C# and other object programming languages experience
- USB communication protocol experience
- Automotive electronic components industry experience
- Knowledge in analog and digital electronic

- Able to work autonomously
- Able to work in a foreign team environment (previous experience would be a plus)
- Keen on technical investigation, good deductive reasoning
- Working systematically and focused on quality
- Ability to work in a hectic environment
- Strong customer oriented mindset
