岗位职责：
Job Description

1、熟悉精密机械结构设计及模具设计，熟悉LED照明产品结构加工工艺和制程；
Familiar with precision mechanical structure and mold design; familiar with machining and manufacturing process of LED lighting structure;
2、熟悉五金冲压、铝压铸、铝挤压以及塑料射出等加工工艺，了解各种材料属性；
Familiar with various process such as metal punching, die-casting, aluminum extrusion and plastic injection; understand the properties of different materials;
3、熟悉电子产品的工艺结构和产品装配以及制造工艺设计还有机械性能测试；
Understand structure, assembly, manufacturing process and mechanical performance testing of electronic products;
4、熟悉LED知识，光源知识， 电源及光学系统配合、散热、导热材料、热模拟等；
Familiar with LED, light source, how light source, driver and optical system work together to achieve the best performance; understand heat dissipation, thermal conductive material and product thermal simulation;
5、熟悉LED产品光学设计;
Familiar with optical design of LED products;
6、熟悉和了解UL和FCC对LED产品的相关要求
Familiar with and understand the requirements of UL and FCC on LED products;

任职要求：
Requirements：
1、本科以上学历，机械，机电一体化，自动控制等相关专业；
University degree above majored in mechanical engineering;
2、3到5年以上LED产品设计开发工作经验，能独立完成电子产品的开发任务；
Min. 3 to 5 years’ work experience in LED product designing; capable of independent development of electronic products;
3、熟练使用PRO/E、SOLIDWORKS、SOLIDEDGE、Tracepro、AUTOCAD等产品开发所需软件；
Sophisticated with product development computer softwares such as PRO/E、SOLIDWORKS、SOLIDEDGE、Tracepro、AUTOCAD;
4、工作认真负责，有良好的团队合作精神，良好书面和口头表达能力；
Responsible; Team player; Good writing and oral presentation skills;
5. 能够读写英语工作邮件，口语好者尤佳。（非必要要求）
Read and write English work emails. Fluent oral English is preferred.(Not a must）.
