职位描述
The role must have have broad knowledge of multiple technologies and architectural styles, in depth experience with multiple architectures, excellent communication skills, and excellent leadership skills in the technical areas
？ Feasibility study and develop system architecture, high-level design that can meet infrastructure/application needs.
？ Research, evaluate and identify tools, products, services or technologies and emerge IT solutions or proposals.
？ Define system requirements, Perform trending forecasting and capacity analysis
？ Evaluate vendor proposals in technical part for critical projects.
？ Assistance in developing long term product strategy.
？ Coordination with other Application Architects and technical leads.
？ Coordination with Product and Program Manager.
？ Translate customers’ requirement at (sub-) system level into technical solution proposals and generate engineering project opportunities
？ Actively participate in and contribute to industries’ standards body activities; provide guidance on technology trend, anticipate and define near-future product requirement as a result of regulatory and technology evolution
？ Build credibility and trust in the engineering community of our key customers
？ Build organizational knowledge and expertise on Industrial related systems
？ Technology roadmap consistent with market/industry trend and customer’s future needs
？ Technology day with key customers to create on new program opportunity and to follow through the projects with the engineering team to ensure
？ The integrity of the product design plan to realize system functional requirement through innovative interconnect system design.
？ Define and supervise work packages of Technical Development and manage necessary changes
？ A effective verification plan on how the interconnect product is tested in the customer system for targeted system and functional performance
？ Ensure timely completion of each work package

1. At least 5 years experience in system/network or IT infrastructure implementation, architecture and design patterns on a system (multiple components) leve。 Expert/Essential
2. Experience with infrastructure lifecycle management and design methodologies with a strong understanding of systems management processes and techniques。Advanced/Essential
3. Broad experience based understanding of the principles of system architecture, including the distinction between contextual, conceptual, logical, and physical layers and the distinction and dependencies between business, information, systems, and technology. Advanced/Essential
4. Excellent communication skills to discuss complex issues with the IT, business and third party suppliers. Advanced/Essential
5. Fluency in English and Mandarin。 User/Desirable
6. Experience of working within a Joint Venture。 User/Desirable
7. At least Bachelor’s Degree, major in Information Technology or Management related field. Advanced/Essential
