Create the application architecture for one or more business area domains including all applications and projects within the domains. ensuring that the architecture is appropriate across the business domain, evolves to meet changing business and technology environments, and adheres to the enterprise architecture.
Serve as technical leader and mentor to the development team.
？ Expert knowledge in analyzing, designing, and developing solutions to highly complex problems
？ Expert knowledge of programming languages, application servers, application architecture, and databases.
？ Responsible for actively managing the evaluation, selection, and application of architecture components to create an integrated portfolio of domain-specific applications which deliver maximum business value in line with enterprise strategy and standards.
？ Responsible for definition and documentation of the current state application architecture in an organized and cohesive manner using industry accepted frameworks.
？ Responsible for providing on-demand expertise to project rescue missions or production system incidents where application architecture is indicated as a potential root cause for the issue at hand.
？ Responsible for applying relevant enterprise and domain information technology architecture components and standards (business, application, information, technology and security) to a specific technology solution (project).
？ Success in this role will also be measured by demonstrated ability to drive business value and technical innovation through selection and implementation of industry leading application architecture technologies while conforming to CJLR architectural standards and policies.

1. At least 5 years of experience in Software development including project management, analysis, design, develop, test and support. Expert/Essential
2. Ability to illustrate abstract models using concrete examples, and create views into architecture that reflect the viewpoint of different consumers of that architecture.Advanced/Essential
3. Ability to conduct fact-based evaluations of architecture alternatives, mediate opposing viewpoints and negotiate equitable outcomes that ensure stable solutions. Advanced/Essential
4. Excellent communication skills to discuss complex issues with the IT, business and third party suppliers. Advanced/Essential
5. Fluency in English and Mandarin。 User/Desirable
6. Experience of working within a Joint Venture。 User/Desirable
7. At least Bachelor’s Degree, major in Information Technology or Management related field. Advanced/Essential
