The position is under supervision from the Office manager and involves whole following procedure from order placement till stock is on board in a qualified & timely manner. Applicants are required to have the following experience:

-Independently handling order inquiries and orders with suppliers including costing and price negotiations

-Approval of relevant submissions incl. garment smpls and trims

-Develop styles in close cooperation with Australia based designers and merchandisers

-Cooperate with QA department during approval process

-Negotiate claims with factories in case of unsatisfactory production

-visit fabric mills or garment factories frequently to source new fabrics / designs


The applicant will have experience and qualifications as follows:

-At least 6-8 years experience in apparel environment

-Strong technical background & product knowledge in both knit and woven active/sports wear, fashion items

-Degree or diploma holder of any disciplines, preferably textile/garment or engineering/manufacturing related

-Proficiency in MS office, Word, Outlook , Excel, PPT

-Ability to communicate fluently in English in both oral and written form
