职位描述
岗位职责:
1、根据公司战略发展,了解各部门的组织及人员发展需求,进行部门架构梳理,以适应公司发展需要;
2、负责公司的组织诊断工作,岗位胜任力搭建工作;
3、面向公司内部管理层,对内访谈(各部门经理、总监等以上级别),进行核心需求总结以及信息汇总,形成详细报告及后续改进工作;
4、协助人力资源负责人从组织角度开展各类项目。
岗位要求:
1、本科及以上学历,管理类相关专业;
2、2年以上组织管理相关经验,主导或参与组织诊断,高层访谈,人才发展等项目;
3、英语听说读写熟练;
4、沟通协调能力优秀,报告呈现能力优秀。
Job responsibilities:
1. According to the company's strategic development, understand the organization and personnel development needs of each department, and sort out the department structure to meet the development needs of the company;
2. Responsible for the company's organizational diagnosis, job competency building work;
3. Face to the company's internal management, conduct internal interviews (department managers, directors and above), summarize the core requirements and information, and form a detailed report and follow-up improvement work;
4. Assist HR manager to carry out all kinds of projects from the perspective of organization.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in management;
2. More than 2 years experience in organization management, leading or participating in organization diagnosis, high-level interview, talent development and other projects;
3. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing;
4. Excellent communication and coordination ability, excellent report presentation ability.
