岗位职责：

1. 新生活馆寻址调研、勘场和协议洽谈，新店开店项目规划与跟进；

2. 新生活馆形象设计的沟通协调；

3. 新店装修施工的监督验收；

4. 生活馆硬件形象标准的维护与升级；

5. 生活馆设施设备维修协调。

职位要求：

1. 5年以上新店开店筹备经验，具备体验店形象设计、工程设计等经验者优先；

2. 本科及以上学历，店铺形象设计、工程设计等经验者优先；

3. 有较强的沟通谈判及应变能力，英语能力佳者优先；

4. 工作积极主动，执行力强，创新思维，具较强抗压能力、高度的责任心；

5. 可接受短期出差。

Job responsibilities:

1. Addressing research, site survey and agreement negotiation of new life Pavilion, planning and follow-up of new store opening project;

2. Communication and coordination of the image design of the new life hall;

3. Supervision and acceptance of decoration construction of new stores;

4. Maintenance and upgrading of hardware image standard of living hall;

5. Maintenance coordination of facilities and equipment of living hall.

Job requirements:

1. More than 5 years experience in new store preparation, experience in image design and engineering design is preferred;

2. Bachelor degree or above, experience in store image design and engineering design is preferred;

3. Strong communication, negotiation and adaptability, good English is preferred;

4. Work actively, have strong executive power, innovative thinking, strong pressure resistance and high sense of responsibility;

5. Short term business trip is acceptable.
