- Overall project coordination for delivery of Durability and Reliability performance.
- Development and delivery of Durability and Reliability vehicle and system target requirements.
- Definition of test methods required.
- Raising, management and solving of cross functional issues effecting Durability and Reliability.
- Benchmarking competitor vehicles
- Consolidated status for Project milestone & weekly report outs.
- Detailed management & reporting of Durability and Reliability test activities (virtual & physical including RLD, rig and driven).
- Strategic planning for the development of the Durability and Reliability department within Vehicle Engineering
1. Knowledge of Vehicle target Setting for Durability and reliabilty
2. Road & rig testing at a vehicle level with an understanding of the RLD process and application
3. Experience of solving complex technical issues using a structured approach
4. Very good communication, project management and presentation skills
5. Over 3 years experience in Durability and Reliability with a multinational OEM.
