General Summary:

The positions responsible for planning, control and monitor the tooling in supplier. This position has to check budget planning, technology, capacity, capability, feasibility and other might concern to. He has to work with Project Leader, R&D, Production, Quality and other related department.

Job description:

· Planning CAPEX budget for tooling(tool cost estimation, payment term).

· Tooling budget forecast and compensation based on project time schedule.

· In house technology, in house capacity, capability, feasibility other might concern.

· Tool status evaluation if needed.

· Internal activities with regard to parts.

· Follow up tools status with internal supplier and work out plan for tool replacement.

· Work together with material planner on sample delivery.

· Create Master Schedule.

· Attend project meeting on new and old project.

· Prepare documents for production.

Job requirements:

· Minimum two years working experience of tools.

· Understanding the processes of injection, tool making and Design.

· Prefer to have working experience in foreign Invested Company.

· Good command of English in written and spoken.

· Good at MS Office, ERP and SAP will be an advantage.

· Diligent and good team-working spirit; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

· College degree in Mechanical Engineering subject.
