协助制定公司的信息化规划

负责协助调研，评估，实施及维护公司的核心ERP系统

负责收集用户的系统改善需求，进行评估及二次开发

维护系统的稳定运行以支持公司的业务运作

任职资格（Qualifications）

教育背景（Education）

大学本科及以上学历 (企业管理或财务专业可优先考虑)

工作经验（Work experience）

至少5年及以上的半导体公司工作经验，熟悉半导体的产品特点及前后道流程

至少负责或参与过一个企业ERP相关项目的实施，熟悉ERP项目实施的方法论

有跨国公司工作经验者可优先考虑

知识和技能（Knowledge and Skills）

精通至少一种主流数据库技术(MS SQL Server 经验可优先考虑)

熟悉至少一种主流的企业ERP软件(MS Dynamics AX ERP经验可优先考虑)

精通X++编程技术或其他面向对象的编程技术

熟悉目前先进的软件技术架构

大学英语CTE-4及以上

其他（Others）

性格外向，善于沟通协调
