1. Establish the sourcing strategy of assigned project through close alignment with global category sourcing team ;

2. Lead sourcing related activities by working closely with cross-function team, including initial supplier scouting, evaluation, selection and qualification;

3. RFQ and Negotiate the price for R&D prototype purchase and volume production demand;

4. Manage and evaluate supplier performance by using the internal supplier performance rating system;

5. Negotiate contracts with supplier to minimum business risk and maximum Medtronic’s interests;

6. Other tasks assigned by line manager.

1  5~7 years experience in Sourcing position, Medical device industry background and contract manufacturer management experience is preferred;

2  Good understanding of sourcing and supply chain management;

3  Good project management and coordination skills.

4  Bachelor degree or above with major in engineering;

5  Good master of English in both oral and written;
