1. Prepare training programmes, instructive training materials and other needed training resources and direct the company’s training and development activities;

2.Assist in the design, budgeting and management of the annual training and development plans;

3.Keep up-to-date on developments and innovations in training in brand experience/creative agency industry so the company’s training activities remain current and relevant;

4.Performs other learning and development duties that assigned by HRD

任职要求：

·   Bachelor’s Degree or above  in HR/Education/Training

·   2 years of experience in Training & Development

·   Bilingual English and Chinese to enable facilitation of training programmes to Chinese speaking employees.

·    Experience in managing the whole training cycle including needs analysis, design, instructional design, high-quality delivery and evaluation of a range of learning blended learning solutions
