Position Overview

1. In charge of new material/ process/ equipment Survey, evaluation and development.

2. Coordinate the project to solve in-line production issue, make process and material improvement.

Responsibilities

1. In charge of new material/ process/ equipment Survey, evaluation and development.

2. Host meeting with high efficiency communication to coordinate development works with different site (US, JP, TW, CN)

3. RD lab and parts control

4. Demonstrate leadership, commitment and Passion for all the RD task

Requirements:

-  Good communication and coordination skills, related process,integration and equipment, liquid crystal device working experience is a plus for the position. 

-  Bachelor degree or above in an engineering and scientific field such as Optics, Electronics, Engineering or Science background.

-  3+ Years experience in LCD related cell process is a plus

-  Enough knowledge of Failure Mode and Effect Analysis(FMEA)/Control Plan(CP), Statistical Process Control (SPC) and/or Design of Experiments (DOE) principles
