Responsibilities

1、Design PLL block circuits using advanced deep-submicron CMOS technologies.

2、Design and calculate the PLL loop parameter according to system spec

3、Work closely with digital designer and accomplish the calibration algorithm

4、Research in advanced PLL design for high performance RFICs.

Job Requirements:

1、Solid understanding of PLL design methodology.

2、In-depth understanding with basic PLL blocks, such as VCO/DCO, Ring OSC, FBDIV, PFDCP, SDM etc.

3、Hands-on experience in IC CAD tools including design (SpectreRF/ GoldenGate /ADS), layout, parasitic extraction, EM (HFSS/PeakView/ADS Momentum).

4、 Experience in high perfromance RFPLL and Analog PLL is a plus. Lab characterization and debug experience is desirable.

5、A thorough understanding of the physical layout requirement and ability to perform the critical layouts.

6、 Good knowledge of wireless systems, such as FSK/GSM/WCDMA/LTE/WiFi/BT/GPS/FM.

7、 Must be a self-starter and team player.

8、 Good verbal and written communication skills.
