Responsibilities/Tasks：

1. 负责生产运营相关数据的处理及分析工作（如年度、季度、月度的相关数据报表）；

Responsible to analyze the production operation data (annually, quarterly, monthly)

2. 协助领导根据生产需要进行数据的挖掘与整理工作；

Assist the manager to data mining and sorting according to the operation need.

3. 负责与公司内部计划，生产，质量数据的对接工作；

Responsible for joint Production plan, production data, quality data with other departments;

4. 对生产部门的运行数据进行分析，对于可能影响业务或者提高业务效能的关键数据点提供数据分析和支持作用，给予生产部门以数据支撑与指导；

Analyze the operation data of manufacturing department, prepare the data analysis and support key/critical data points which may affect the business or improve business efficiency, and give data support and guidance to manufacturing department.

5. 对现有生产KPI进行跟踪维护；

Track and maintain operation KPI data;

6. 生产工艺流程，能组织跟踪产品组装全段的生产技术工作，确保生产工艺控制的完整性和执行的准确性 ；

According to production process, can organize and track the production process, ensure the integrity of production process control and the accuracy of execution.

Requirements:

1. 大学本科以上学历，机械电气行业背景优先；

   Bachelor degree or above, preferably in mechanical and electrical industry

2. 具备良好的数据分析能力，具有数理统计，经济学，数据库原理以及相关知识；

   Good data analysis ability, mathematical statistics, economics, database principles and related knowledge;

3. 逻辑思维能力强，沟通能力强，具备良好的团队合作能力；

   Logical thinking ability, strong communication skills and good teamwork spirit.

4. 熟练掌握并使用word、excel、visio、ppt等办公软件，能熟练使用SPSS、QUANVERT、SAS等统计软件；

Master and use word, excel, visio, PPT and other office software, can skillfully use SPSS, QUANVERT, SAS and other statistical software;

1. 了解模具知识，了解金属材质、机械电气制造工艺；能独立判断简单的问题点，有实际分析生产中问题的能力；

   Understand the mold knowledge, understand the metal material, mechanical and electrical manufacturing process; can independently judge simple problem points, have the ability to analyze the actual production problems;

2. 熟悉IE控制理念，精通标准工时的制定、SOP的制作及产品生产成本核算；

   Familiar with IE control concept, proficient in the establishment of standard working hours, SOP production and production cost accounting;
