Responsibilities

1. Support Quality: Analyze supplier quality issue and statistics data during pilot phase and series production phase, initiate supplier process audit and conduct improvement action plan at supplier site, follow up the effectiveness of implementation to ensure the quality of incoming goods are comply with Siemens technical specification and stable.

2. Support Quality: Control of the NCC process ensuring all supplier relevant NCR's are documented, root causes established, remedial actions enacted, and measured across the entire process chain. Statistics shall be kept to allow analysis of NCR's causes, and facilitate process adjustment, and training as required.

3. SCM Source: Support the process of supplier selection either at the beginning for the new supplier / component stage or for existing one called for the purpose global sourcing. During the normal production, conduct incoming inspection for bought out components and or process as per the established quality inspection procedures. Keep records for all such inspections, and provide them to partners to facilitate improvements in performance

4. SCM Make: Prove the make process, check and ensure supplier quality at every stage. In case of non-conformity, take immediately containment measures based on the guidelines given in respective quality procedures and or individual component or process definitions. Carry out CR audit to ensure that the compliance, health & safety regulations as well as environment protection regulations as per the SPC standards are strictly complied with at supplier.

5. Provide technical support to IQC, such as make inspection plan, specific material relevant knowledge training.

Requirements：

1. Experience in QA related activities better has technique background in industry.

2. SQE experience in manufacturing industry at least 4 years

3. Experience in working / contributing to quality circles either within the same SPC or across different SPCs within the same or different regions. Fluent in regional local / dominant language and moderate in English.
